Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs T1: ChatGPT Ads Feed (the "App"), and Trust1 Technology ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you use the App for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

The App reads your Shopify product catalog, builds a product feed in the format ChatGPT Ads requires, checks it for problems, and sends it to the ChatGPT Ads account you connect. It shows the results of each upload and how to fix reported issues. Features differ by plan, as described in the App and on our website.

2. Your accounts

• You need an active Shopify store and your own ChatGPT Ads advertiser account. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including OpenAI's advertising policies.
• You're responsible for keeping your ChatGPT Ads API key and other credentials secure, and for activity in the App under your store.
• You authorize us to send your product data to the ChatGPT Ads account you connect, on demand and on your plan's schedule.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep all rights to your product data. You give us a limited license to process it only to provide the App.
• You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your products, prices, descriptions and images, and for making sure the products you send are allowed under OpenAI's advertising policies and the law.
• You won't use the App to send misleading, infringing or prohibited content, try to break or overload the App, or access another store's data.

4. No guarantee of ad approval or results

ChatGPT Ads decides which products it accepts, approves and shows. A product the App sends, or that ChatGPT Ads accepts, may still be rejected or disapproved under OpenAI's policies. We don't control ChatGPT Ads and don't guarantee approval, impressions, clicks, sales or any other result. You create and pay for campaigns directly with OpenAI; the App never spends money on your behalf.

5. Plans, fees and trials

• The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in USD every 30 days through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice.
• Paid plans include a free trial the first time you choose one. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• You can change plans at any time in the App. Shopify prorates charges when you upgrade, as described in its billing terms.
• You can cancel by downgrading to the free plan or uninstalling the App. Charges stop from that point, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies only after you approve it in Shopify.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and your feed current, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Shopify and OpenAI may change or limit their services in ways that affect the App. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a feature that's part of your paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

We own the App and its software, design and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your store while these terms are in effect. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. The App is not made or endorsed by OpenAI or Shopify.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales or data, or for decisions made by Shopify or OpenAI. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us for claims arising from your products, your content, or your breach of these terms or of OpenAI's or Shopify's terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if continuing would expose us or others to legal risk. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will tell you in the App or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new terms.
